...driving learning and improvement across the world of safeguarding, community safety beyond..

Conscious leaders and review professionals already know reviews are about learning not blame. Whether you are involved in Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews, Domestic Homicide Reviews or Safeguarding Adult Reviews, the chances are you also know there’s scope for learning and improvement work to create more impact.
But the power of sector led improvement can’t be underestimated. I’m calling on those who know this to engage in those powerful, solution focused, conversations with me in the company of my listeners to create a tidal wave of positive impact.
In the Safeguarding & Domestic Abuse Sector podcast I share my thoughts, musings and insights on what these improvements can look like. Plus, I introduce professionals who are taking action and can inspire us in an incredibly positive way. In this space we will reside in a place of possibility. No burnout. No deficit focus. No decisions that ‘reviews don’t work’.
