About Robin:
Robin Harper-Coulson is a qualified Social Worker and has worked in organisations providing voluntary and statutory services to children, young people, families, parents, and adults for over 40 years. His experience derives from a number of diverse roles he has undertaken during his career as a youth worker, voluntary sports coach, safeguarding lead, residential child care officer and manager, children’s social worker, training and development officer, strategic workforce lead, children’s workforce development manager and as the strategic business manager within three Local Safeguarding Children Boards/Partnerships.
About Donna Ohdedar: Donna has 16 years public sector experience, including her last role as Head of Law for a leading metropolitan authority. Now a safeguarding adviser & trainer, Donna is involved in serious case reviews in both children’s and adults’ safeguarding, domestic homicide and is a SILP Reviewer and Mentor. Donna offers ‘SILP School’ her university accredited training course, CPD for reviewers & a free online network for leaders in review practice.
