Does your role involve giving feedback?
You will have noticed strong leaders who can admit weaknesses and show willingness to take and learn from feedback. Being transparent about how we can improve creates a strong feedback culture.
How do we lay the foundations? Set the tone from the top, create a feedback- safe environment & aim for it to become part of what we do day-to-day. Not only in the context of a review.
This is an important baseline, both for the partnership, the agency under review & the reviewer. All will be giving & receiving feedback in what can be a tense environment.
